Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
3 oz. bourbon1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs
1 c. light Karo
3/4 c. semi - sweet chocolate chips
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt
1 unbaked pie shell
Cooking Directions:
Soak pecans in bourbon for at least 4 hours. Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked shell. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.Other Recipes you might like:
