Southern Sausage Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

4 c. Bisquick
1 lb. bulk sausage, room temperature
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, room temperature

Cooking Directions:

Combine ingredients and knead thoroughly to blend. Roll into small walnut sized balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet, and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 60 to 70 balls. May be baked and refrigerated then reheated to serve as desired. (These are little goodies).
