Biscuits And Gravy Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. breakfast sausage2 tbsp. chopped yellow onion
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. hot milk
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Cooking Directions:
Fry sausage and onion in large fry pan until brown. Drain all but 2 tablespoons of the grease. Stir in flour, add hot milk. Stir constantly until thickened. Season and serve over warm biscuits.TEA BISCUITS:
2 c. flour3 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt
Combine above until crumbly. Add, stir well.
