1/2 c. melted butter, 1 tsp. salt, 2/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. parsley, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/3 c. sherry wine, 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper, 2 lbs. raw cleaned shrimp
