Chicken Club Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 head lettuce8-10 slices bacon, crispy fried
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 lg. tomatoes, cut into 8ths
1 hard cooked egg, sliced
Cooking Directions:
Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces (about 6 cups). Break bacon into large pieces. Just before serving, add bacon and chicken to lettuce; toss lightly. Garnish with tomato wedges and egg slices. Serve with salad dressing.Other Recipes you might like:
