Easy Broccoli Souffle Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c. cooked broccoli, thoroughly drained
1 1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated cheddar cheese
3/4 tsp. BLAIR all purpose seasoning

Cooking Directions:

In blender or food processor, puree broccoli. Add remaining ingredients, blend well. Pour into medium casserole, bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until souffle is puffy and top is browned. Yields: 6 servings.
