Rhubarb And Raspberry Angel Dessert Recipe
Ingredients:
2 qt. rhubarb, cut up1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
6 oz. pkg. raspberry Jello
1 c. Cool Whip
10 inch angel food cake torn into 1 1/2 inch pieces
Cooking Directions:
Put torn pieces of cake in 9 x 13 pan. Combine rhubarb, sugar, lemon juice in medium pan. Cook over medium heat until soft; add Jello, stir until dissolved. Chill until thick but not set. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon the mixture over the cake (do not pack). Chill overnight. Cut into squares. Garnish with Cool Whip.Other Recipes you might like:
