Pecan Sandies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c. butter2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
Cooking Directions:
Combine the softened butter, confectioners' sugar and vanilla and flour and mix well. Stir in the pecans. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in confectioners' sugar. Bake 1 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until firm to touch. Cool before removing from pan, then reroll in confectioners' sugar.
