Lebkuchen Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c. sour cream1 c. honey
1 c. molasses
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4-5 c. flour
1/2 lb. raisins
1 c. shortening
1 c. well packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1/2 lb. mixed fruit
1/2 lb. currants
1/2 lb. nuts
Cooking Directions:
Put fruit peel and raisins through food chopper. Mix together, refrigerate overnight. Roll thin and bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
