Lu's Italian Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburg1 egg
2 c. bread cubes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Cooking Directions:
Mix thoroughly all ingredients until bread and seasonings are all blended in the meat. Form into 1 1/4-inch balls and brown in oil. Put meatballs into spaghetti sauce and let simmer for at least 1 hour.Other Recipes you might like:
