Mexican Corn Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lg. onion, diced
2 diced Jalapeno peppers
1 lb. cooked hamburger meat
1 c. corn meal
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn

Cooking Directions:

Grease Dutch oven and place in 350 degree oven until hot (about 15 minutes). Place 1/2 corn meal mixture in hot Dutch oven. Then pour on cheese, onion, peppers and meat. Then pour on rest of corn meal mixture. Return to 350 degree oven and cook 45 minutes or until crust is light brown. Can add more or less peppers for desired taste.
