1. Pork And Veal Baked Dish
1 lb. veal, 1 lb. pork, 1 lg. chopped onion, 1 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 chopped green pepper, 1 can cream style corn, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 sm. jar chopped pimientos, 1/2 lbs. grated sharp cheddar cheese, 1 (6 oz.) pkgs. egg noodles

2. Veal & Noodle Bake
2 lbs. veal, cubed, 1/2 c. flour, 2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1 onion, med., sliced, 1 c. water, 1/4 c. butter, 1/2 lb. noodles, 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced, 1 c. sour cream, 1 tsp. sesame seeds, 1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs

3. Veal Noodle Bake
1 lb. veal patties, cubed, 1/2 c. onions (optional), 3 tbsp. butter, 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 tsp. basil, 1/8 tsp. oregano, 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, 1/4 tsp. garlic salt (or powder), 1 lb. cooked noodles

1 lb. ziti pasta, cooked al denté (to the tooth), 2-3 tablespoons Parmesan or Romano, for sprinkling, olive oil, to drizzle on top before baking, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 large Vidalia or Sweet Spanish onions, thinly sliced, 6-7 whole cloves garlic, peeled, 1 chopped shallot (optional), 1 lb ground pork or Italian sausage meat (casings removed), 3/4 lb ground beef or veal, 1 red bell pepper, chopped and seeded, 1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes, 1/2 teaspoon each basil and oregano flakes, 2-3 tablespoons red wine vinegar or 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1 large can (24-28 oz) whole peeled tomatoes, 1 large can (24-28 oz) Hunt's Tomato Puree, 1 bay leaf, 1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper, salt to taste, 1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced, 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 lb shredded full milk mozzarella, 1 lb full milk Ricotta, 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)

5. Breaded Veal Cutlet Bake
1 lb. veal, 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs, 2 slightly beaten eggs, 1/3 c. shortening, 1/2 c. dairy sour cream, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

2 lbs. veal (beef may be substituted) cut in bite size pieces, 2 c. onions, diced, 2 c. potatoes, quartered, 2 c. fresh carrots, cut up, 2 c. celery, diced, 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained, 2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 5 tbsp. tapioca (minute, quick cooking), 1 tsp. sugar, 2 c. V-8 juice, 1 c. water (juice from mushrooms can be used)
