Hot Chipped Beef Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. instant minced onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. chipped dried beef, finely chopped
Cooking Directions:
In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, milk and Worcestershire sauce. Beat until fluffy. Stir in onion, green pepper and dried beef. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.Serve hot in fondue pot or chafing dish with dipper potato chips.
Makes 4 cups.
