1. Bread Pot Fondue
1 firm round loaf of bread (1 1/2 lbs., 8"-10" in diameter), 2 c. (8 oz.) sharp shredded cheddar cheese, 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened, 1 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 c. diced, cooked ham, 1/2 c. chopped green onion, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. butter, melted, Assorted raw vegetables for dipping

2. Dick's Bread Pot Fondue
1 round, firm loaf of bread (1 1/2 lbs., 8 to 10 inches in diameter), 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded, 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened, 1 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 c. cooked ham, diced, 1/2 c. green onion, chopped (including some of the green tips), 1 (3 or 4 oz.) can chopped green chilies or 2 shakes of chili powder, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. butter, melted, Assorted raw vegetables for dipping, such as radish roses, broccoli florets, red and green pepper strips, mushroom caps, etc.

3. Chicken Fondue Bake
8 boneless chicken breasts, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained & cut into 1/4ths, 8 slices bacon, crispy fried & crumbled, Fondue Sauce, Paprika, 1/3 c. all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 3 tbsp. butter, Dash of ground nutmeg, 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 c. milk, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/3 c. dry white wine, Dash of pepper, 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded

4. Chicken Cheese Fondue
8 slices crustless bread, 6 chicken breasts, sliced, Salt and pepper, Kraft American cheese or Old English cheese, 6 eggs, 3 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 box Special K cereal, 2/3 stick melted butter

16 chicken thighs (boneless & skinless), 1/3 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, partially cooked & drained well, 8 slices bacon, crisply fried & crumbled, Fondue sauce, Paprika, 3 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, Dash pepper, 1/8 tsp. nutmeg, 1 1/2 c. milk, 1/3 c. apple juice, 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded (6 oz.)



6. Bread Pot Fondue
1 firm round loaf of bread (1 1/2 lb. 8-10 inches in diameter, 2 c. sharp shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz.), 2 (3 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream, 1 c. diced cooked ham, 1/2 c. chopped green onion, 1 (4 oz.) can whole green chilies, drained and chopped, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. butter, melted

1 box herb croutons, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 2 lb. link sausage, 8 to 10 eggs, 3/4 tsp. dry mustard, 2 1/4 c. milk, 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. milk, Mushroom pieces

8. Do-ahead Sausage Fondue
8 slices bread, cubed, 2 c. shredded sharp American cheese, 1 1/2 lbs. link sausage, cut in thirds, 4 eggs, 2 1/4 c. milk, 3/4 tsp. dry mustard, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. milk

9. Sausage Fondue
5 slices extra sour dough bread (cut into cubes), 2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1/2 lb. sausage (browned) - can by link or country (bite-sized), 5 eggs, 2 1/2 c. canned milk, half & half, milk (depending on your diet), 1/2 to 1 sm. can diced green chilies, 1/2 to 1 can mushroom soup, 1/2 as much milk (to thin)

8 slices bread, crust cut off & cubed, 2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese, 1 lb. sausage, 1 c. sliced mushrooms, 4 eggs, 2 1/2 c. milk, 3/4 tsp. dry mustard, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. milk
