Beef Marinade Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. wine
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. mustard (wet or dry)
1/4 tsp.ginger
Minced onion
Garlic
1 bay leaf
Dash of Tabasco
Pepper

Cooking Directions:

Mix all together in blender or processor. Put meat in ziplock bag and pour marinade over. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
