Husband Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c. Crisco1 c. tomato soup
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. raisins or 1 c. raisins & 1/2 c. dates
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Cooking Directions:
Bake about an hour at 350 degrees.CHEESE FONDANT ICING:
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese1 egg yolk3 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla
