Rock Candy Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c. sugar1/2 c. water
1 c. light Karo syrup
1 tsp. vinegar
Cooking Directions:
Butter a cookie sheet. Bring ingredients to a boil. Bring to the hard cracker stage (300 degrees Fahrenheit). Add food coloring and flavoring. Pour fast on a cookie sheet; let cool 15-20 minutes or until you can touch the bottom of the cookie sheet. Hit the bottom of the sheet to break candy into pieces.Other Recipes you might like:
