Low-cal Caramel Apple Dessert Recipe

Ingredients:

7 apples, peeled, cored & diced
2 tbsp. raisins
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. minute tapioca
2 tbsp. + 2 tsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. brown sugar substitute
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. + 2 tsp. melted diet butter
1 pkg. low-cal butterscotch pudding mix

Cooking Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Bake in 9"x9" sprayed pan, tightly sealed with foil, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Prepare pudding mix according to directions. Pour over top of cooled apple mixture. Refrigerate until cool. Cut into 8 servings. Top each with 2 tablespoons whipped topping and 1/2 crumbled graham cracker. Each serving equals 1 fruit, 1/2 fat, 1/2 milk, 1/2 bread and 50 cal.
