Popcorn Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

3 c. white corn syrup
3 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 qts. popped corn

Cooking Directions:

1. Place corn syrup, vinegar and salt in saucepan and stir.

2. Place over low heat and cook, stirring 3 or 4 times to hard ball stage, 250 to 265 degrees or until mixture forms a hard ball when dropped from spoon into cold water.

3. Add vanilla and mix quickly.

4. Pour mixture over popcorn and toss with a fork.

5. Form into balls with lightly greased fingers.

6. Cool and serve.
