Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

Ingredients:

2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cooking Directions:

Combine sugar and milk in large saucepan; stir until dissolved. Cook at medium heat and boil to soft ball stage (a ball that flattens, but does not ooze when pressed between fingers). Remove from heat; add peanut butter, butter and vanilla. Beat lightly, until smooth and creamy. Pour into 9 x 9 inch buttered pan and cool. Cut into squares.
