Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
1 box confectioners' powdered sugar1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
Cooking Directions:
In a large bowl mix sugar and peanut butter. Add milk and butter (do not stir). Heat 4 minutes on high, stir twice during time. Remove; add vanilla. Beat with mixer until it stiffens. Spread into well-buttered pan. Cool 1/2 hour on cooling rack. Chill until firm. Cut into squares to serve.Other Recipes you might like:
