Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
2 sticks butter1 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. peanut butter, plain or chunky
1 tbsp. vanilla
Cooking Directions:
Melt butter in microwave in microsafe bowl. Add sugar, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well. Microwave on high 2 minutes. Beat hard about 2 to 3 minutes. Put in 9 x 9 inch pan. Cool. Cut into squares.Other Recipes you might like:
