Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. real milk chocolate1 c. peanut butter
Cooking Directions:
Place chocolate in a glass bowl. Microwave on full power for 1 minute. Stir and cook additional 30 seconds. Stir until completely melted. Add peanut butter, blend well. Pour into foil lined 7 inch square pan. When cool, cut into squares.Able to substitute butterscotch for peanut butter, white compound coating for real milk chocolate, for variations in flavor.
