Aunt Laura's Opera Fudge Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 lb. butter
1 pt. single cream
3 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cooking Directions:

Cook over medium heat to a soft ball, stirring continually. Then pour on a platter. When cool, add vanilla and work until creamy.
