Peanut Butter Fondant Recipe
Ingredients:
1 sm. potato, peeled and boiled2 1/2 lbs. powdered sugar
Cooking Directions:
Drain potato well. Put into mixing bowl. Mash with fork. Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Stir with fork, potato and sugar form a liquid as you stir. Continue adding powdered sugar, stirring until a stiff ball forms. Refrigerate until chilled.Sprinkle powdered sugar onto work surface. Pat fondant into flat shape then use rolling pin and roll 1/8 inch thick. Spread smooth peanut butter to cover fondant. Roll into long roll. Cut into slices.
