Date Nut Fondant Recipe
Ingredients:
2/3 c. (1/2 can) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 c. salted peanuts
Cooking Directions:
Combine Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk and vanilla. Gradually add confectioners' sugar and mix until smooth and creamy. Add peanuts, blend into Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed milk mixture. Press into a square shallow pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Chill until firm. Cut into 1 inch squares.Other Recipes you might like:
