Sour Cream Coffee Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
Cooking Directions:
Spoon 1/2 of batter into greased and floured 9 inch tube pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of crumb mixture. Spoon on remaining butter, top with crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.CRUMB MIXTURE:
1/2 c. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1 c. chopped walnuts
