Coffee Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix1 c. water
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. crushed (fine) graham crackers
2/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
2/3 c. melted butter
Cooking Directions:
Mix above ingredients and set aside.TOPPING:
1 3/4 c. crushed (fine) graham crackers2/3 c. brown sugar2/3 c. chopped walnuts2/3 c. melted butter
Mix until crumbly. Put some crumbs in bottom of greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Then pour in a layer of batter then crumb then batter. Put rest of crumbs on top. Bake as instructed on cake box. Drizzle the powdered sugar frosting over top when cake is cold.
