Coffee Cake Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
Cooking Directions:
Combine brown sugar, walnuts, 2 tablespoons of flour, butter, and cinnamon; stir well, and set aside. Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl; cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.Other Recipes you might like:
