Angel Sweets Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips4 tbsp. butter
2 c. sifted flour
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
4 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. coconut
Cooking Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter. Blend in eggs. Stir in sugar, nuts and marshmallows. Shape in 1 inch balls; roll in coconut. Refrigerate. (Keeps up to two weeks.)May substitute peanut butterscotch chips for chocolate chips.
