Green Beans Baked In Sour Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
3 pkgs. frozen French green beans, defrosted2 oz. butter
2 med. onions, sliced
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
8 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. sage, savory, or marjoram
Shredded cheddar cheese
Cooking Directions:
Saute onions in butter. Add flour and cook 1 minute. Turn off fire and add sour cream and seasonings. Mix together. Add the defrosted beans package by package, stirring after each.Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish greased with butter. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Bake 35-40 minutes at 375 degrees or 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be done ahead before baking. Serves 6-8.
