Pumpkin Crunch Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c. milk
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can pumpkin

Cooking Directions:

Mix above ingredients and put in bottom of greased 9"x13" pan.

Then sprinkle 1 box of dry yellow cake mix over mixture. Next, sprinkle 3/4 cup chopped pecans. Last, drizzle 1 1/2 sticks of melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
