Banana/pineapple Pudding Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
Yellow cake mix1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
Instant vanilla pudding
3 bananas
Cool Whip for garnish
Nuts for garnish
Cooking Directions:
Bake yellow cake mix according to directions in 9x13 inch pan. Poke holes with wooden spoon handle while cake is warm. Boil crushed pineapple with juice and 1 cup sugar for 5 minutes.While cake and pineapple are hot, pour pineapple mix over cake and cool. Mix 1 box instant vanilla pudding according to direction and spread on cooled cake. Slice bananas on pudding, cover with Cool Whip, garnish with nuts.
