Apricot - Pineapple Jello Mold Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) apricot Jello2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. water
2 (4 3/4 oz.) jars apricot baby food
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained (own juice)
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. chopped walnuts
Cooking Directions:
Combine Jello, sugar, water in 2 1/2 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar and Jello. Remove from heat and stir in baby food and pineapple. Set aside to cool.Meanwhile, combine milk and cream cheese, beating until smooth. Stir in gelatin mixture in a large bowl, then nuts. Pour into 9-cup mold or 2 smaller ones.
