Lemon Jello Pound Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix1/2 c. vegetable oil
Lemon Jello
4 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon extract
1 c. water
Powdered sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice or juice from 2 lemons
Cooking Directions:
Boil 1 cup water. Dissolve small lemon Jello mix. Then put it into refrigerator to cool. Combine oil, cake mix, eggs, and extract into mixing bowl. Mix for 2 minutes. Then add cooled Jello and gently mix. Pour ingredients into bundt pan and bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour.GLAZE: Mix ingredients into a glaze. Drizzle over the cake.
