Easy Dessert Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding1 (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 can instant pie filling
Cinnamon crisp crackers
Cooking Directions:
Cherry or blueberry is our favorite.Using Pam, spray bottom and sides of 8" or 9" square pan. Line bottom with crushed cinnamon crisp crackers. Prepare pudding according to package directions and mix with Cool Whip. Spread 1/2 of mixture on crackers. Add another layer of crumbs and then remaining pudding mixture. Top with pie filling. Garnish with crumbs if desired. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
