Easy Cherry Dessert Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/4 c. flour2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 box vanilla pudding
1 can cherry pie filling
Cooking Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, and butter together; press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake until light brown in 375 degree oven. Prepare pudding according to directions on the box. Pour over the baked crust mixture. Let partially cool. Pour cherry pie filling over the pudding. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut in squares; top with ice cream, vanilla, or whipped topping.Note: Other fruit pie filling may be used instead of cherry, especially blueberry or apricot.
