Broiled Ground Round Steak Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb. round steak, ground
1/4 c. cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 c. tomato sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Cooking Directions:

Mix lightly the meat, cream, salt, and pepper. Shape into 2 small oblong loaves 1 inch thick. Brown onions in butter; add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Cook over low heat about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour 1/2 the sauce over the meat loaves. Broil 5-7 minutes. Turn meat; cover with rest of sauce and broil until lightly browned.
