Easy Blueberry Coffee Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg. blueberry muffin mix (cheapest kind)2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 egg
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Cooking Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Empty blueberries into strainer; rinse and set aside. With fork, stir oil, egg, water, and muffin mix about 1 minute. Put into 8 or 9-inch cake pan and level batter.Sprinkle berries, sugar, and cinnamon over top. Swirl with fork to create marbled effect. Bake at 350 degrees 25-35 minutes until pick comes out clean. Serve.
