Easy Cinnamon Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix4 c. flour
2 pkgs. yeast
2 c. very warm water
Cooking Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add to 2 cups flour; mix well. Then stir in remaining 2 cups flour and cake mix. Let rise until doubled (about 2 hours).Roll out in rectangular shape. Spread melted butter and then sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Roll up and slice. Let rise again (about 1 hour). Bake 350 degrees, 10-120 minutes.
BEST FROSTING:
Cream together: 3 tbsp. powdered sugar 1/3 c. shortening 1/4 tsp. salt
Then add: 3 c. powdered sugar
