Cinnamon Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
2/3 c. warm water1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. canned evaporated milk (scalded), let cool
6 tbsp. melted lard or butter
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
5 c. sifted flour
Cooking Directions:

Combine all ingredients, beat until smooth. Knead for 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl. Cover and keep in warm place until dough rises about 45 minutes. Punch down, divide into 2 parts. Roll out on floured board.
Spread dough with softened butter, then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon. Roll up like jelly roll. With sharp knife cut in 1 inch pieces. Place in greased pans about 1 1/2 inch deep. Grease tops with soft butter. Sprinkle with more sugar and cinnamon. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool on racks.
