Cinnamon Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
1 3/4 c. milk2 pkgs. Rapid Rise yeast or 3 pkgs. regular yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
Cooking Directions:
Heat milk to 110 degrees (warm). Mix in large bowl milk, yeast, sugar, salt, and oil. Set aside.Mix in separate bowl: 1/2 tsp. soda 1 beaten egg
Add flour mixture to milk and mix well. Add beaten egg and mix into dough. Let rise. Spread flour on board and work into dough until not sticky. Roll out. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll and cut into cinnamon rolls. Let rise. Bake at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
Note: May be topped with powdered sugar glaze.
