Mexican Coffee Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
2 1/2 c. flour3/4 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. salad oil
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 egg, beaten
1 c. powdered sugar
Milk
Cooking Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients and take out 3/4 cup of mixture for topping. Add nuts and cinnamon to topping. Add buttermilk, soda, and egg to flour mixture. Pour into baking pan. Add topping. Bake 30 minute at 350 degrees. When slightly cool, mix powdered sugar with milk and drizzle over top.Other Recipes you might like:
