Refrigerator Bran Rolls Or Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
2/3 c. shortening2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. all-bran cereal
1 c. boiling water
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1 c. lukewarm water
2 eggs, beaten
6 c. flour
Cooking Directions:
Pour boiling water over shortening, sugar and salt and all-bran in a large bowl. Add beaten eggs. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water; add yeast to all-bran mixture. Add sifted flour gradually, beating with mixer until mixture becomes too thick. Finish with wooden spoon.Other Recipes you might like:
