Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs. shrimp1/3 c. olive oil
1/2 c. Martini - Rose extra dry vermouth
2 cloves garlic
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Cooking Directions:
Brown shrimp in hot olive oil. Add Vermouth, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook until liquid is almost gone. Sprinkle with parsley, lemon juice and serve.Other Recipes you might like:
