Martini Recipes
1. Holiday Punch
1 bottle Asti Spumonti, 1 bottle Martini and Rossi dry vermouth, 2 bottles orange dry, 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen fruit salad
2. Portuguese Sangria
1 bottle of red wine - preferably Portuguese, 1 shot of brandy, 1 shot of triple sec, 1 shot of Porto wine, 1 shot of Martini Rosso, 1 apple, thinly sliced, 1 lemon, thinly sliced, 1 orange, thinly sliced, 1 quart of orange juice, 1/2 cup of 7-Up, 2 small bags of sugar (espresso style), cinnamon, 3 mint leaves
3. Flirtini -martini With Blood Orange & Mango Flavor
X-rated Fusion liqueur & X-rated vodka, garnish of your choice (optional)
4. Shrimp
2 lbs. shrimp, 1/3 c. olive oil, 1/2 c. Martini - Rose extra dry vermouth, 2 cloves garlic, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper, 3 tbsp. chopped parsley, 3 tbsp. lemon juice
5. Stuffed Party Veal
6 slices veal top round, butterflied, 3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin, 6 slices ham, 2 eggs, slightly beaten with 2 tbsp. water, 1 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs, 1/2 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. Martini & Rossi Extra dry Vermouth
6. Eggs Martini
1 can cream of mushroom soup, 3 tbsp. butter, 1/4 c. cream, 1/4 c. dry vermouth, 4 eggs, 4 slices ham
7. Fish Casserole
Fish (can be sole, salmon, whatever), 1/2 lb. popcorn shrimp, 1 onion, chopped, 2/3 oz. martini mix, Grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling
8. Apple Martini
2 oz. vodka, 1 oz. apple schnapps or Calvados, 1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
9. Martini Pineapple Punch
Martini bianco (1 bottle), fresh pineapple (1 whole), ice cubes for serving
