1. Dad's Mardi Gras
2 lb. peeled & deveined shrimp (21-25 count), 2 lb. fresh med. bay scallops, 4 oz. butter, 1 c. diced red peppers, 1 c. diced tomatoes, 1/4 c. chopped parsley, 1/2 c. fine cut green onions, 1 tbsp. chopped garlic, 1 tsp. dry basil, 1 c. white vermouth, Salt, pepper & lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. flour & 1/2 tsp. butter mixed together into paste

1/2 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 c. evaporated milk, 1/3 c. butterscotch pieces, 1 egg yolk, beaten, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 c. flaked coconut, 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

1 bunch green onions, 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise

(7 oz.) can tuna fish, drained and flaked
