Hot Frosted Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
4 tbsp. cocoa1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. sour milk
1 egg
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. butter
1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
1 c. 10x confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cooking Directions:
Melt butter, blend in cocoa, add water. Combine dry ingredients, add to chocolate mixture. Add beaten egg and sour milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.FROSTING:

Melt butter. Add chocolate, beat egg white with water until STIFF. Add confectioners' sugar. Blend in. Add vanilla. Frost while cake is hot!
NOTE: If you don't have an immediate use for the egg yolk left from frosting, add to cake mixture and increase flour by 1/4 cup.
