Chocolate Fudge Icing Recipe

Ingredients:

4 tbsp. butter
3 or 4 sqs. baking chocolate
1/3 c. hot milk
3 c. 10x sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

Cooking Directions:

Over low heat melt butter and chocolate. Stir until blended. Stir hot milk into 10x sugar, beat until smooth. Stir in vanilla, salt and chocolate mixture. beat on high until smooth and thickened about 5 minutes.
