Dandelion Wine Recipe

Ingredients:

1 gal. blossoms
2 gals. water (boiling)
3 oranges
3 lemons
2-2 1/2 lbs. sugar
1 cake Fleischman's yeast

Cooking Directions:

Let stand 24 hours and drain.

Take juice out of oranges and lemons - grind rinds. Dissolve yeast in a little warm water. Add sugar. Add all to above. Let stand 3 weeks and siphon. Let stand 1 month and siphon again. If liquid is clear you can bottle.
